Psychedelics Design Announces Awards 2025 Winners
Designing Conscious Futures: Winners of the First Psychedelics Design Awards Announced
The mission of the Psychedelics Design Awards is to celebrate design at the edge of transformation — honoring the creatives, technologists, and visionaries shaping a more connected, conscious, and regenerative world.
We spotlight work that channels the core principles of psychedelic design: empathy, innovation, harmony, and impact. From startups to students, art to interface — we recognize creations that expand minds, challenge norms, and design for deep change.
For the design-savvy, innovation-hungry, culturally tuned-in creatives.
Launched in 2024, the Psychedelics Design Awards is the first awards program dedicated to celebrating visionary design inspired by psychedelic thinking — with or without the substance.
In its inaugural year, the Awards received over 1,000 votes from Europe, the UK, Canada, the US, South America, Asia, Australia, the Emirates, Israel, Morocco, and Japan.
Entries are reviewed by a diverse jury of creative leaders, researchers, designers, and visionaries shaping the future of design and consciousness.
The Awards recognize both Winners and Finalists across all categories. The public also plays a role in casting votes for the winners, and the Mushroom of the Year Award is our Public Choice Award, where the community first nominates and then votes.
Work is accepted across the following categories: Audio Experience (including music and podcasts), Architecture & Space, Education & Community, Product & Services, Storytelling, Visual Design & Branding, and Experimental.

Shaping the Future of Psychedelic Culture
“The Psychedelics Design Awards are about more than aesthetics,” said the founding team. “They’re about designing responsibly for altered states—where safety, ethics, accessibility, and beauty all converge. These creators are laying the groundwork for how culture will engage with psychedelics in the years ahead.”
The 2025 awards mark the beginning of an annual program designed to champion best practices in psychedelic design. The next edition is planned for 2026 and will expand to include additional categories, live exhibitions, and deeper community involvement.
